As a minor you can not legally enter into a contract. A loan is a legal contract.

Forget about getting a co-signer with someone responsible over 18 (the age in which a contract or agreement to repay can be made).

A minor can borrow that much from relatives. Banks, loan companys and other institutions will not lend to you. And the amount you need is so small that a lender who is a stranger wouldn't make the loan even if they were inclined to lend to a minor. So get it from parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles. |

Don't get a loan, find some odd jobs to do. The last thing you ever want to do is get a loan except for a house. A bank wouldn't give you that small of a loan anyway. Also, try not to get yourself in these type of situations for future reference. It's just bad habit. $132 isn't hard to make in two weeks. Get creative and earn some money. And seriously, try to get that loan/borrowing idea out of your head. |
