its kinda hard at 14, but i would make a few signs to hang in the grocery store,etc.. just say your 14 male looking for some part time work. or a sigh sayin you will shovel snow,mow grass etc.. |

babysitting, walking dogs, delivering news papers, shoveling snow for your neighbors or mowing their laws. see if your parents have work for you. sell some of your things on craigslist. ask your parents before you do that though. you could even see if your parents had anything to sell on craigslist. that is a great way to make money off your old junk for your new junk. |

Did you know that your local library has a number of books written for teens and tweens??? One of them is "Fast Cash for Kids" by Bonnie & Noel Drew but there's a whole shelve of business books that can help you get ideas for what to do, ways to do it, and success stories from "kids" who have done it. All you need to do is find a need and fill it or create a need for your products or services. You will be amazed at how many things there are that you can do. Stay away from those online scams. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. |

Cut grass

Sell stuff (toys, electronics, bike, books, etc.)
Ask Family members if they'll pay you to do jobs (works well)
More Difficult:
Get a job at a car wash
Bag Groceries
Try and get a newspaper delivery job (look in classifieds)
Try and find out about job openings from friends or family members
Fill out applications
Go to a website like jobsonline.com or something and have them notify you when something opens up
Other then that, get creative and try to come up with something. I got lucky and got a job working at a car wash, but there are many other things I tried. Just try not to do anything... illegal lol |

delievring phamlets working at mac donalds or wal mart theres heaps but I think that the law is different in American than it is in Australia so I would say do house hold chores for your parents and ask them for the money good luck. |
