Stock market could work, but it's risky and you have to have money to make money. I'm guessing you're broke, so the stock market is out of the question. If you're 15 and I assume you're living with your parents, a good-ol-fashioned job (even paying minimum wage) will net you well over $15,000 in 2 years if you save it all.
At $5.15 an hour for a 40 hour week (using 2080 hours in a year) you will make $10,712 gross. The government will take some but you should get some back when doing taxes at the end of the year. So, worst case the government takes about 15%, that leaves you with about $9,000 a year.
Times 2 years = $18,000
Of course this is using the National minimum wage. Most states have higher minimum wages and a lot entry level jobs that would hire you will pay more than that. Also it's assuming 40 hours a week. If you work weekends or get 2 jobs you could even double that. Remeber there are 24 hours in a day. If you get 8 hours of sleep that leaves 16 hours for working mwwwahahaha. |

When I was 15, I got a job as a grocery store bag-boy. You could also work on a department store loading dock unloading shipments of new products. there are a lot of minimum wage jobs you can do at 15 with a parent's consent. |

Get a couple after-school jobs and strike a deal with your parents that as long as they keep spotting you on food money and stuff, that everything you make will go into the bank for college or a car or whatever it is you want 15 grand for. You can find work in some fast food chains, or as a clerk in a drugstore or something. |

Technically speaking, 'you' can't make any money because you aren't yet an adult >18 years old. Buying stocks would be difficult, if your parents consent to it I would recommend a medium growth mutual fund. You are young enough to take some risk, but I'm guessing you don't want to take too much risk.
Test it out by searching 'interest calculator' on Yahoo. Bear in mind that medium growth funds normally pay around 7%.
As far as the jobs, I would research careers on Yahoo. Salary.com is great for determining pay scales. It will be tough at your age to make much more than a 'living wage' which is around $10/hr in the average market, but it can be done. Think like an entrepreneur, and start a small business in your town cutting grass (on top of your regular job) for example. Making a lot of money is hard work.
Just do your best. ANY money saved or invested at your age is a huge accomplishment. |

Some fast food places will legally hire a 15 year old. Also, to sell on ebay, you need to be 18, otherwise, your parents need to make an account for you on ebay, and you have to make your money in their name, no matter what type of payment you accept. Tell your parents to buy you some bonds online. They have great deals for short-term bonds in some places. Save up every bit of money you get, birthdays, allowances, part-time jobs, etc... You'd be surprised of how quickly it adds up. Even have a garage sale. The trick to making extra money(profit) is by buying things that you know are worth a significant amount more than what you paid for them, no matter where you buy or sell them. Just do it legally, with your parent's assistance, and the money will add up. |

yeah get a job, um stop going to school and start working not one but two jobs or 3. Its possible but i think that u need to just worry about your school, education, friends, and ladies. the only jobs I know for a 15 yr old are fast food. Plus alot of jobs dont want to hire 15 yr old b/c they dont take work seriously, and they cannot work full time hours only part-time. just worry about sports or something.... become successful in one of those then u may have a chance to earn that in a week. |
