Now for the darkside and EMERGENCY ONLY WITH GOOD INTENTIONS ONLY, THIS IS NOT TO PUT IDEAS IN ANYONES HEAD, TO DO THIS. People are always partial to veterans, if you were to station yourself at the edge of a busy interstate, or parkway exit with a sign and there was an emergency need stated on that sign - panhandling- and it better be true- people you will find will be generous and you will get your $20. If you have been in the service, and add veteran, the $20 will come faster.

I am putting this out only for emergency situations, and have a belief that the American healthcare, food distribution plans for the poor, housing for the poor, the essential needs that the upper middle class and above takes for granted, and then parties all Friday, and Saturday night, have a nice meal at restraunts, justifies such a demeaning and borderline moral handling of a perhaps emergency situation for someone who may need medicine, for example, and not been able to pay for it.

My cousin had a double mastectomy. She is on medicare, and her medicine runs over $900 a month. Her disability income is $1,400 a month. She never has enough money for her medicine. Do we want such a situation to recur, see your mother and/or father in such a situation? Well it will, over and over, in the next ten years "baby boomer sick times" they are a comin. Are we going to modernize our country, and take c/o our people like most western european countries do, so this situation does not recur, everyone can get their medicine, or an "emergency" $20? Or do we want our seniors and the next generation think of "really cool ways to panhandle"

Yeah, its gonna cost, and you will be taxed high, but it is about time the shame of America ends...........the country with the highest per centage of its population in jail, gone to the moon, goals of most to be millionaires, irregardles of those who need an emergency twenty bucks, or can't afford their medicine.

Tax the wealthy, the priveledged, the Enron pension ruiners, the CEO's w/millionaire bonus', while the employees live pay chcek to pay check, one step away from homelessness, should they have no family support. Awake American Youth, no more lobbyists, special interests, jobs stay in America, no more corrupt politicians, lets put back the apple in apple pie, lets paint the white pickett fence, and lets have an American dream again of hope.........not a dream of wealth and priveledge at any cost, as long as I climb the ladder........go get that $20 bucks, and earn it, but if it is emergency, I say it is ok to bend the rules, because I don't know any wealthy people (and I've known many, not all were "shady) should say most wealthy people got there by.............bending the rules, or at stepping on, or around someone.
