You looked at the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange over time and notice that your Microsoft (MSFT) is going down in the market and you were hoping that you shares would be worth over than $34.25 to make profit, but your shares value got lower and lower and hoping and hoping that it will go higher, but on your 29th day of ownership with those shares you decide to sell all of your stock because you don't want to pay those credit card interests. So, on Feb. 14, your shares are worth $28.50 each and you have 437 volume (shares) $28.50 times 437 equals $12,454.50 gross. So, 12,454.50 - $14967.49 is a $2,512.99 loss, you are losing $86.65 a day in the stock market. You have to pay $2,512.99 to Discovery out of your own pocket to pay up the $14,967.49 that you borrowed.

Investing in the stock market is a very risky, but rewarding way to make money fast. Economists are saying we are heading for recession so the stock market is a bad way to go, but in you are willing to take the risk, then it is a good way to go. Pick the right companies. I recommend that you pick the defense industries (businesses that still do well when the overall economy is doing bad) like food companies, General Mills.

These figures are based on Yahoo! Finance and a 25 cent charge per stock that was based decades ago, times have change and brokage fees could be lower or higher these days.
