I sold cookies once i had six boxes and i made $34.65 in about 20min and each cookie was 50 cents.I donated the money to an animal shelter. Selling baked goods work a lot! Especially if you do it outside a popular store. (Hoped i helped)

Sell things on Ebay or have a yard sale. Put up jars with his picture and explanation of why you want donations at local gas stations and grocery stores. Good Luck! |

It's very nice of you to want to raise money. You might want to ask his parents first, because if he has good health insurance, the costs might not be too much out-of-pocket. If they are really in need, see if you can put cans with his picture and a description of what's going on at local convenience stores & businesses. Also, maybe make t-shirts with his picture and sell them, car wash, or go door-to-door in his neighborhood for donations. |

Just tell them the real story. That should be enough incentive to donate money.
Make posters, signs, hand out fliers.
If anything, the fact that it's Christmas will make people want to donate more. People tend to be more generous during this time of year.

I 'm in almost the same situaltion! Here's what I'm doing to mke money fast:
1. Car Washes
2. Lemonade Stands
3.Mowing lawns
4. Get a job (If you're 16 years or older)
5. Babysit
6. Alterserve at your church for weddings. You can make $50 or more of one Mass!

just recently me and my dad went to a car show where people diplayed there cars and people would put money in a jar for there favorite car. It was raising money for a police man with cancer whos insurance did not cover cancer

Do you know if his parents have health insurance? They may not need help.
If not - you could have bake sales. Ask local businesses to donate items and have an auction or a raffle. You could open a benefit account (with parent's help) at a bank and ask the radio and paper to print (for free) news of your friend's accident and the information to donate. You should no matter what discuss it with your friends parents before doing anything. |

do you have any artistic abilities? if so, then here's your answer. I have a friend who can paint really well, and every week she sells a new creation of hers on ebay for about 200 dollars. so if you did this for a month or so, then you could easily get 1000 dollars. if you don't have an artistic ability or if you don't think that this is a fast enough way, then rob a bank or something. jk lol. |
