How can i stop spending money ..?
i just spend money without saving any for th black days..

It isn't possible to stop spending money (unless you follow the advice above and let someone else do your shopping... but then you would still be spending money THROUGH someone else) if you are looking to reduce your amount of spending... ask yourself "is this something I really need, or just WANT?" If the question is want... Can you go without it?

I think the best way I have found... is to purchase through wholesale companies. I purchase all of my consumable household items through a Wellness company that offers wholesale pricing to their members. Not only does this save me $$$ but the company also rewards me for referrals and I take that $$ every month and put it into a savings account. If you are interested in getting ALL of the details on how I have been able to reduce my monthly expenses and earn a little income.... contact me through yahoo 360.

First of all make it clear that you CANNOT stop spending money.

Even if you choose to be a miser (no offense), you cannot stop spending.

Instead the issue with you is SAVING money. Well, in that regard I have few suggestions for you. These are applicable if you are having some source of income or even if you are having an allowance coming from your parents.

1. Buy and keep buying some bonds or some certificates. If you feel that you ll encash them soon, then you may control yourself by buying those which are not encashable soon.

2. Buy some tangible items for yourself, your home or your family. Gold can be a good option. It will keep your savings at a constant level.

3. You may start operating in stocks, bonds provided if you have good knowledge of this stuff.

BUT HAVING SAID ALL OF THIS, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO DEVELOP AN ATTITUDE FOR SAVING. TRY TO FEEL THE SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT WITH WHATEVER YOU OWN & YOU WILL SLOWLY START TO DEVELOP SENSE OF SAVING......

GOOD LUCK

First - Record all your expenditures for a period of time so you know where the money is going.

Second - Eliminate all non-essential expenditures (at least for awhile). Examples: Gym membership, auto club dues, eating out, etc.

Third - Rank your expenditures from high to low. Starting at the highest category, try to figure a way to reduce each expense (for instance, if rent is your highest expense, can you move into a smaller place, get a roommate to share expenses, etc. If you're a relatively cautions driver, can you raise the deductible amount. For food, can you use coupons, stock up when items you use are on sale. If you've got credit card debt, can you transfer the balances to a card with a lower rate.)

In other words, make sure you are spending on only the absolute necessities and that you are paying the least you can for the necessities. As you gain control, start savings some money and ONLY THEN start adding back the "likes to have" stuff.

I don't know how to stop your spending, but I do have a suggestion for easy saving. If you have a checking account, round your deposits down to the nearest dollar and your checks or debits up to the nearest dollar. It's basically the same as saving spare change, but it really adds up. When you balance your checkbook, only check to see that each check was recorded, and that it was for the rounded amount. Then, when you need some more money, balance it the regular way to find out how much you saved. I saved $80 in two months! Not bad for barely noticing the missing money.

The best way is to sit down and prepare a budget. Figure out what monthly expenses you "HAVE TO PAY" like your mortgage, utilities, groceries, gas for your car, etc. That money should be put aside for those purposes. With the remaining money determine a reasonable amount that you want to "SAVE" and put that in a savings account and forget about it! What you are left with is your spending money, and you can spend it on eating out, movies, whatever. Remember that spending on "impulse" is dangerous. If you put together a budget and STICK TO IT you will have a much better chance of building a savings. Good luck!

Set a goal for an amount of money to reach in your checking account.

Step one - cut up your credit cards. If you have balances, pay more than the minimum amount every month until they are paid off.
Step two - put your debit card in a locked place and don't carry the key around with you - use it only if you have planned to do so.
Step three - make a budget, taking into account your income and expense.
Step four - have your necessary expenses like rent, utilities, and periodic monthy expenses automatically debited from your checking account.
Step five - have your paycheck deposited directly to your checking account.
Step six - have a portion of your checking account transferred automatically every month to your savings account, preferably a certificate of deposit for at least a 90 day term
Step seven - give yourself an allowance in cash and that will be the only money that you carry - - maybe in an envelope in your pocket.
Step eight - write down where you spend the money on your cash envelope.

You will accomplish several things - you will not spend money which you should have spent on living expenses and monthly bills, you will save money, you will know what you are spending money on, and you will not spend impulsively.

You will develop much better habits.

Good luck.

Picture this:
You enter a Cassino with a 100 dls. bill. You don´t know if you´ll win or loose, but in order to have fun, you have to keep the mindset that your 100 is already gone, otherwise, you won´t play. If you play you pay. that´s how it goes.
If you don´t want to spend money...
You change the bill. Put 50 on the most secret part of your clothes and forget about it. (it takes will power).
You go and play with the mind set that your 50 dls. are gone. Even if you win a million dollars, you keep the extra 50 saved. And if you loose it all in one roll of the dice, you still have enough for the cab.
Now apply it to the rest of your life.

I have always heard the best thing to do is put the item back, wait a day or two and you usually don't go back to whatever it is you thought you couldnt live without.

You need an accountability partner. I am assuming that you are not married. If you are, you probably won't be for long.

1. Count up how much you make and NEVER spend more than that (don't EVER put more on your ceredit card or other credit).

2. Decide on how much you want to save and aim to slowly put that amount away. For example, if you earn 2000 a month put away 400 each month into a spearate saving account.

3. Don't be so generous to your friends and family if you are currently are (let them know you need to start saving and they will understand)...don't let people take advantage of your kindess.

4. If you go to 7-11, fast food, or coffee shops...switch from extra large drinks etc., to smaller ones. It will save you lots over time.

5. Stop trying to have the best of everything and live with ok new stuff. So, when you go to the store...only buy the shoes which are on sale, if not on sale then postopne buying, go to another shop, or just forget that NIKE brand (this is an example only).

6. Save any money that you get unexpectadly as it never came. So, if grandma gives you some cash, pretend you never got it and put it in your saving account.

7. Split your bills with your freinds when you go out...

8. Save your change and don't waste it (nickles, dimes, etc.)

9. Find out exactly where all your money goes each month.

10. Enjoy your life and do some things that dont cost a thing.
