Scottish law is different to English law. They can only take your property, but I am told that they can't take items relevant to you being able to work. I am not sure is this is true, I hope it is! |

They cannot enter your home with out your permission.
They must get a court order first,by that time all valuables
may have disappeared thus you cannot get blood from a stone.So don't let em in till they get a court order. |

Scotland is more socialist than England. But even in England, no one can break and enter your house without a court order and the presence of a policeman.
Even bailiffs can only enter if you open the door for them and stand aside, or leave a door or window open. In practice "open" means unlocked, because bailiffs, being the biggest liars on Earth, can just open it and say they it was open. |

Different parliment. And a recovery agency can not enter your house, only a baliff with court papers can do so. I am a debt recovery manager and all we can do is chase you for what is owed, we can not make you pay nor can we use your assets to clear a debt. |
