If there are people living where you live, there are parents looking for baby sitters. I don't understand why you are so convinced there's no market for baby sitting services.
You can get a job starting at 14. Fast food is the most likely place, but also places like department stores may hire you, especially as the Christmas buying season is upon us.
You can also advertise your willingness to do "odd jobs". Put posters up wherever you can giving people a means of reaching you. Do whatever anyone is willing to pay you to do. Decide on an hourly rate and take whatever work you get, then do your absolute best, with a big smile. You'll get more work as you build a good reputation. |

Is there a grocery store down the street? When I was younger, I would run to the store for people. We had a kroger at the end of the street and I would walk or ride my bike to get a neighbor sugar, pepsi... whenever they needed something small. And I babysat... do you mean there are no kids in your neighborhood? Because no babysitters would be a good thing if you wanted to babysit! You could also do small things for people in the area. Offer to help change lightbulbs, paint.. whatever you could do that someone who is older or with limited mobility may not ba able to do. Hope this helps. |

you could do dog walking or pet care if there is a need in your area.
Not sure what part of the country you are in (climate etc) Ice cream and water ice places hire at 15. Check with your local stores you might be able to do bagging or collect carts, You likely wouldn't be able to handle money check with any fast food places in your area as to what their hiring age is |
