Put your account on the banks computer payment account so you do not have to walk in the door of the bank..... and there is also the good old fashined mail man. If you've already spoken to his superiors and there has been no change, even to giving you a new rep finish your buissnes, switch banks, then write a letter to the head of the bank telling him you feel you'd recieve more professinal service elsewhere and again reiterate your feelings about the particular rep that you felt misshandled your case and your status. THE COSTOMER IS ALLWAYS RIGHT AND SHOULD BE TREATED ACORDINGLY |

Have you tried asking the manager for a new rep? Otherwise, just finish paying up stop doing business with them. |

Is there a reason you can't make the loan payment without coming in contact with the person? (Especially if it is only 7 more payments)
Also, you can go to a higher up & request a different rep. I would have a hard time believing the bank would not honor your request.
Seems like there is more to this story than you are telling us...... |

I suggest growing up. Put your payment in the mail, voila, problem solved. |

Can't you just ask to be assigned to a different rep? |

Avoid conflict all together and mail your payment to the bank. What's the big deal? You go in, you make a payment and you leave. You have no reason to even converse with this person.
Sounds to me like you're taking something a little too personal and that you need to either chill out, or avoid conflict and mail your payment in. |

so its the banks fault you have a hard time paying your loan every month? Not everyone gets a long with everyone else.....eventually someone wont like you at your job either. Should they get you fired too? |

So...
Because of YOUR financial mistakes or misfortunes, you want someone else (who had nothing to do with you spending or borrowing more than you could actually afford) fired?
Did you even think about your question?
Your "stress" is 100% your own fault, the sooner you accept that, the better off you will be...
BTW, posting your intention to seek ways to get someone "fired" here MAY be illegal...let's hope you don't get sued for libel! You are NOT anonymous on Yahoo!Answers, you know! |

Why don't you go to a different branch office or just mail in your loan payment that way you don't have to deal with this person. Or you could have the loan set up to be paid online. Since management thinks this person is doing a good job there is nothing you can do to get him fired. |

There's always someone higher up. Talk to a manager and if they won't help you, tell them you want to speak with their supervisor. |

I agree there is something you are not telling us. |

Is it possible to be transferred to another bank employee? Go to the bank president and tell him that you simply cannot tolerate working with this guy and ask him to assign you to someone else. That is a lot different than asking them to fire someone. "Firing" is the bank management's decision. Asking for a transfer is reasonable. |

You don't "get him fired." What you can do is go over his head and request a different rep. |

WOW, I'm SORRY to hear that.
BUT, until your Loan is paid off, WHY can't you just MAIL IN THE PAYMENT/S.
Some people SHOULDN'T be dealing with the Public!
I don't understand why the Bank Mgr/President, after your complaints, doesn't assign someone ELSE to you/your account.
Pretty uncaring, Bank!
After your Loan is paid off, I'd bank Elsewhere. |

Complain to the manager of the bank and demand a new person to deal with when you have transactions to take care off. If that does not work, you can deal with their chain of command. |

Go to a different branch. |

Send a letter to the bank's corporate office, cc to the Better Business Bureau. Be as specific as possible in documenting the things this person has said and done, and when the incidents occurred. Explain that they will lose you and probably many more people as customers because of this one rude person who makes their company look so bad. |

Ask for a different rep. If that doesn't work make a complaint, if you are a good customer they should give you a different rep. Let the manager of the branch know if it is a large lender i.e. (Bank of America, Citi, etc.) then you should ask for a district manager or regional sales manager. Sounds crazy I know I have had to contact them about a situation and was very successful in contacting the regional manager. I even got an appology from the manager at the branch for being difficult to deal with. If they don't want to give it to you threaten you know your rights.. I have enclosed a site that will lead you down the right path on how to deal with the bank and your rights. |

Just bear with the idiot for the 7 months. Then close out all your business with the bank and tell all your relatives and friends of the way you have been treated. Go elsewhere. Before you do, have a meeting with the branch manager the date of your last payment and tell him about your treatment and that all future business will be with a competing bank. |

Ask to talk to someone else, then ask that person if it's possible to get another person to deal with every month. |

Keep complaining until someone pays attention. If it does not work, then hey, you only have 7 more months right. See if you can go to the Execs, because 9 times out of 10, they don't know how your being treated and most of the time ht ecomplaints don't even reach their level. Write letters, send faxes, they will get tired of you eventually, until they give in. |
