Let it soak first in a non-bleach disinfectant like Lysol then wash it with soap and water. Lay each bill out flat on a towel or put it in a zippered pillow case and throw it in the dryer for 10 minutes at a time until dry. NO YOU WONT BE CHARGED WITH MONEY LAUNDERING. ::) :) :) :)

try getting those new space bags or vaccum type bags that get the air out and nothing to get in... keep it in a cool dry space...

that is fine with me but my mom does the same thing and she puts it in a sip lock bag with the air oout tight and puts it in the freezer for a rainy day she tells me and it keeps it dry and nice and crisp as when she put it first in there .ok |

While a zip lock bag would work, an even better option is one of the food-saver bags. (The ones that suck out all the air, then seal.) I keep several important documents, including savings bonds and birth certificates, safe and sound this way. Hope this helps you. |
