The same thing happened to me, so I contacted my bank and submitted an affidavit for the unauthorized charges, I also contacted Metro Bank in Pheonix #602-346-1800. they work with credittooolsrx. they gave me a #
1-800-710-0653 but I called several times with no luck except alot of wasted time on hold. I will change my account # and report them to the authorities. It's seems clear that this is a scam. Call the bank and let them know of your experience and change your account #. Good Luck! |

you need to go to your bank and file a "Reg E" they will know what it is and make sure you tell them that it was an unauthorized charge usually it will take a day or two but ill come off. Good Luck |

Uh oh def call your credit card company and report fraud and they will be able to remove the charge for you. Same thing happened to me. |

This happened to me. I reported the issue to the bank right away and they investigated, then returned the money to my account about one month later.
The bigger issue here may be that although it was only $30 this time, whomever has your information could make bigger expenditures as the person still has your information. So please get a copy of your credit report and comb it for any suspicious activity, AND please watch all your financial accounts THOROUGHLY for the next six months to one year.

Immediately call your credit card company followed up by a letter. There's a catch that if your complaint is not in writing it may not be valid. They have to put that charge on hold until the issue is resolved. Ask the credit card number who the charge is from. |
