Walk a neighbors dog, wash wax cars, mow yards, paint houses, paint a fence, detassle, pull weeds, babysit, sell lemonade, make designer t-shirts, sell firewood for campsites, sell minnows to fish with, sell river rocks, go toe digging for mussels etc etc etc |

Do you have neighbors with yards? Do you have a lawn mower? Get your parent's permission and go house to house in your neighborhood to find 8 houses that will let you mow their yards for $25 each more or less.
If that's not an option, then figure out what you can do that's of value to others. Apartment dweller? Help tenants move in and out.
If none of that's an option ask your family for help in getting the money, tell them you'll pay them back in one year or you'll do extra chores for the money over the course of the year. |

You could ask your parents if you could do anything to help raise the $200. Or you could distribute news papers in the morning (if you really can devote yourself) just a couple of hours for a week before you go to school. I've seen on classified column in The Georgia Straits, you can also check out on other newspapers.
Another option is to offer your relatives or neighbours to help out with mowing the lawn or chores to boost up some more extra bucks.
But never do anything dishonest or illegal, or that will lead you to a big disaster. I hope the money you need is in good intention. Remember, good things happen if you really believe in yourself to do it the right way. |
