Ask yourself these questions?
Can I produce something that everyone wants but is not available yet?
Can I regularly buy things at a discount price and sell it for a higher figure?
How can I positively lower my outgoings?
Am I paying for things that I really do not use or need?
Can I provide a quality service that only recieves customer satisfaction?
In addition, It is not necessary to keep up with the Jone's, Don't expect to make a million quick, Be prepared to work hard for it and number 1 idea.

Simple. Don't waste money on frivolous things like Gucci bags. Stay simple. Learn to budget. Invest your savings in a Roth IRA or growth tool like a mutual fund. Watch how compounding interest works for you. Try to sneak some money in where-ever possible. There is no get rich scheme. Once you have that out of your head and do the things above, you will see lots of money in your future. |

I used to do Commercial Loans (( I still can, but I'm too busy teaching)). However, I got tired of the stress of working on those Loans just have them not get funded because the principal ( aka Borrower) didn't have all rights to the land or didn't have enough money to contribute to the project and was denied by the lenders.
HOWEVER after having said all that - you can make enormous commission from workig on big commercial loans.
I was working on a smaller project at my brokerage where we generally work on $300,000,000 construction project financing. I was working on a $100 million project and my take home commission was going to be about $90,000.
The project took about five months to close, and once we took it to near closing, the principal admited that he really didn't have any money to contribute to the project. He needed about $10,000,000 to contribute (10%) or at leat own all the rights to the land, and he didn't have that either. The loan never funded. VERY disappointing, but WoW what a nice pay check that would have been for me!!! |
