Apply for scholarships. I worked for a bank and any financial business and Spanish classes i took they would pay for. I think they also gave me a little bit of money for books. If you are going to apply for student loans and grants you need to do it asap. Federal money goes fast. The best time to apply for fall money is in Feb. Also I had a friend who worked in the student loan and grant department and they were able to tell him what would be the best way to get moneys that he did not have to pay back. You might make an appointment with some one in that department at what ever school you are looking at. Also check with your high school councilor. she or he might be able to assist you with some scholarship opportunities. A lot of schools will have on the web site some of the scholarships they offer. One last thing, different departments of the school will have different scholarship opportunities that have been set up for them. For example, if you want to be a teacher, go to that department and ask them if they have any scholarships available for students who are seeking a teaching degree or what ever it is that you are interested in. |

Apply for financial aid and scholarships. Fill out a fafsa (google it) and send it to the colleges you hope to attend. Apply for as many scholarships as possible. |

Grants, student loans, scholarships (there are many but you may have to dig a little)...
another way of saving money is to go to a community college for the first two years and transfer all your credits to a state college or university. I would check to make sure that the school you want to apply to will talk all those credits from your community college... that way you aren't retaking courses. |

Student loans, grants and/or scholarships are some alternatives. Also, some kind of work study program may help alleviate some of the expenses. Also, check with your employer to see if they offer any kind of tuition assistance. |

you can get grants, student loans, a job
you could join the airforce or the airforce reserves, not only would they pay you, they would pay for your schooling. I know this because my daughter joined the airforce her junior year in high school and has been an airman first class for a year now, and is attending college while she is doing her job. |

you can get loans from either the government or other orgranizations. You can get student aid, join work study programs and/or scholarships. All you have to do is be proactive in looking for these programs (calling your school, talking to counselors, searchign the web and google for various loan programs) |

Go to the library and check out a book on scholarships. Apply for every one you can...even if you don't think you qualify. Sometimes they run out of applicants who fit their criterion and look outside their own guidelines for potential recipients. When you get to college get a job on campus to help defray the cost. |
