It's "PAPER ROUTE", not "paper round" you illiterates!
Anyway, it matters what country you are in.
I'm assuming you're in the US.
Unfortunately, in a misguided attempt to stop child labor, the government has made it hard for you to work legally.
You could get a paper route, but probably the best thing to do, is to ask at school if they have an OWE program.
(OWE = Outside Work Experience)
You need to have good grades, but you can work the 2nd half of the day, get paid for it AND get class credits.
They should have a list of jobs you can pick from.

I agree with all those that said paper round
when I was 13 I did one, I was making £25 a week, then got another one and was making £50 a week - for a kid of that age, that's great money (or was back then '95) .... my are was nice too, so Christmas tips were high aswell. It sucks in the winter, but in the summer, gettin gup at 5am and cycling around in the crisp, sunny early mornings before school, there was nothing better! |

Go to your parents. You are only 13 they should still provide for you (if they don't give me their emails and ill tell them). No honestly don't rush yourself there is plenty of time for you to start work. |
