If only had 30 min? First think I'd buy is an investment to allow me to have time to plan use of that million dollars, because these days. A million does not go far.
I'd Buy a house and an investment fund. That why I have a place to live that is paid for, so if my investment failed, I would still be ahead. Because I could use my income to save for my future, instead of paying rent or mortgage. Once you know you have a place to live, you can build a business that will allow you to donate to charities you love, buy cars or other things you want. Without a stable home, its hard to live each day, million dollars to spend or not. |
