This guy and pretty much anyone willing to give you a payday loan is basically ripping you off. Oh and don't fill out any fricking applications that he sends you. He has a yahoo email address for fux sake.

It always amazes me to hear how so many people think payday loans are a rip-off when they do not understand the industry.
Payday loans are intended as short-term quick options when you need cash quickly. They are unsecured loans provided without credit checks which is why the rates are so high. Also, no main stream lenders will lend to many payday clients.
All information should be provided on your documentation before you accept the offer or you should not sign with that company. Nothing should be hidden.
No-one complains when they want money and someone is willing to give it to them but they scream and shout when it is time to pay it back. If it is unaffordable, why take it in the first place?
In response to your question, if you are asking about payday loans on the internet, just check that they have a proper address and phone number.
Regarding payday loans in general, these should be used for emergency or urgent situations and not as an ongoing source of credit as the costs are high. |

Please, exert all other options before you consider a payday loan. Go in to your bank and talk to them about options or saving money on your current rates. Payday loans will always come back and bite you.
To answer your question, you should not do that kind of stuff over the internet. Go into a building and talk to a person, get names, get contracts. |
