Well, today having bad credit score is like a normal thing. And it is not that difficult to get a loan coz there are many lender now that specialized in providing loans to people with bad credit.
Well, it is much easier if you find someone with good credit that wl co-sign for your loan. |

Almost impossible, if you do manage to get one from one of those companies that specialize in giving loans to people with bad credit the interest on them is unbelievably high compared to one from a reputable bank. |

There are banks that let you do that but the interest would be high and they won't loan you much money. Because of your bad credit, banks see you as somebody who can't manage their own finances, which is not true to all cases. People get divorce, people get sick and get a huge medical bill, people who are just out of college with bills to pay but limited amount of money, etc. So, I am not saying that you can't manage your own finances because I do not know your situation. If you can hold off the loan, try to build a good credit first. If you already have a job but the money ain't enough then get a second job or get a better job (I know it is hard but it can be done). If you are not working then get a job. Good luck! |

In a perfect world it should be impossible for anyone with bad credit to get any loan. Bad creditors make the rest of us pay more! |

Yes, no one wants to give an unsecured loan to someone with bad credit. What do they have to hang over you? If you have a car paid off, you can use that as collateral. You can pawn something (the pawned item is your collateral). You can get a payday advance, but the interest is crazy-high. Then, you have the danger of being short of cash again and again, because your paycheck is reduced. A lot of people do cash advance after cash advance and have a hard time getting out from under.
Seems like a friend or relative is the best source for unsecured loans. |
