sorry but it doesn't work that way. A person first has to make the money and then save it and then you can get a loan against your savings, or buy a house and then you can get a loan against the house.
So get yourself a job. |

Your best bet would be to go threw family if it is to aquire assets you would usually need 10% down so the bank sees that there investment has 110% value rather than a highrisk no down with no asset purchse!!! If your starting a business use out of cash prove it is profitable for 1-3years and to get a bank to help EXPAND your company based on your PROVEN earnings |

If you don't have a job or assets, you won't be able to get a conventional loan. You may be able to obtain a "high risk" loan, but you'll pay a very high intrest rate because the lender understands he is at a high risk of not recovering his money. |
