If you mean, the biggest expense for week like groceries, clothing, then my answer is $250 to $300.
But other then that, I don't own a big shop either. |

only me and the fiancee and we shop at butchers and greengrocers - much better value. We spend probably only £15-20 / week on shopping.
£10 approx on meat every fortnight.
£10 approx on veg every fortnight.
£15 approx on other household stuffs - cleaning products etc
I used to be one of these people who shopped at Sainsburys etc thinking the quality was better but they can't compare to local butchers and greengrocers for quality or price. |

Around £30,and we are a family of four,we shop at a small butchers ,and a small fruit and veg shop, we find that if we dont go to the big supermarkets we dont spend money on food we dont really need. |
