depends on the bank or building society and for what period of time you want to lock your money for. Locking it for a longer period would mean that you would probably get a higher rate of interest. This is not always the case though so watch out.
you would probably recieved anywhere between 50000 to 60000K per year.
Its probably best to look in the papers and find out which company is offering the best rate on the best terms.

At current rates in UK you could get 5.2% ie £52,000 pa,
or £1,000 pw. Beats working for a living, don't it.

invest in the real estate market in developing nations like india or china or those in europe that are entering the EU . I can help you in case of real estate investment in india ,provided your investment amount is less than 500,000 USD.
If the investment is more than 500,000 then in india there is a lot of bureauracy which i will be falling into and that makes delay in paying back the money which i don't want anymore.
