you could look up todays rates on one of the many websites that offer that facility, or you could use a VERY rough 'n' ready reckoning - that $2 = £1 so it's about £25......not accurate, but it will put you in the right ballpark, if you just wanted - for example - to know if it's worth puting a bid in, on ebay or somesuch |

$49.95 divided by 1.85 gives £27.00 GB Sterling. Obviously as exchange rates change the amount you get in pounds will vary a little but that should give you a good idea.
And if you want Euro (which we do not use in UK) it is roughly 38.40€ $49.95 divided by 1.3 |
