3 bucks and some change. Only have that much because when i went to the movies with my friend and bought snacks, i bought hers too so she wouldnt have to wait in line, and thats how much her rasinettes cost, so she put that amount in my purse. usually i never have cash, i use my debit card for everything. |

I only carry a $20 bill at any given time for emergencies
I use my debit card for almost every purchase I make
the $20 is in case I need money for an emergency and I'm not near a place that accepts the Debit card
carrying not very much cash on me is for security reasons |

Probably zero. I don't even have a pocket. But in my wallet I really don't think I have more than a couple of dollars. Mainly because I don't use cash anymore, I use my debit card -- it's much easier. |

I carry little or no cash all the time, I have heard good reasons to go either way, carry 20-40 at all times on a money clip so that when you get jumped you throw the money clip at them and take off running, they see the money and just let you alone because they got what they want, and you still have all of your credit cards, insurance cards, basically you still have your identity.
I don't carry much cash and it is not really because I am afraid of getting jumped, but because I spend it way too fast if I carry cash. I have been considering the other option, I work in a bad neighborhood and lock up every night, I give the perfect opportunity to get robbed.
Good luck to you, hopefully this was at least a little helpful. |

I have a $20 - it's for the week and I usually don't spend it. But it's for if I want coffee, a soda, lunch, etc. |
