Darn | How much money do you really have? After all your credit cards, debts and other loans? |
I realized that no matter how much I have in my bank and in my wallet... I am still broke! My cash in my wallet is about $5 and my bank has about $1200. But my total debts in credit card and home loan is about $390,000. Therefore, $1205 minus $390,000 is how much I really have. I seriously am broke! How about you?

either way we go we are going to die in debt my credit was very good until my husband found out he had cancer and that destroyed my credit with medical bill's med's and all that goes with it.. so all on this site that feel they are safe and secure in their finances i hope you do not encounter a life threating illness |

Don't forget, when you calculate your net worth, your home LOAN is a liability, but your home ITSELF is an asset. |

Asset building is an ongoing process. I know the paperwork looks crap, but the house is still an asset for you even though the bank owns it. Think of it this way...some people will rent for years and have $0.00 equity. |

How about the value of your home? Is it worth more than $390,000? You shouldn't really count your mortgage as a debt, unless you owe more than it's worth.
Now if you owe more on your credit cards than what you actually have cash wise? That's a different story |

i lost my calculator. umm 42k plus 20k plus 24k plus 2k equals 88k minus about 4k so umm 84 k round about... but we are living off my husbands check now and all the money i make is fixing to go to loans... so in two weeks it will be umm 81.5k |
