I wouldn't recommend a 10 yr old babysitting as they are still a little young for that. I would suggest things like raking leaves, cleaning pools and washing cars. Have the 10 yr old ask family members and friends of his or her parents for some of these chores. |

I think you could ask your gran parents for money...
like you can make a deal...
If you get good grades then maybe they'll give you some money.
Also...get a Chinese God mother or something cuz Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year and give money to children. |

If you are very responsible, you can ask neighbors (that you and your parents know and TRUST)--if you could:
take care of pets while they are away, bathe pets for them, water plants for them, weed the garden for them, clean up the leaves and such around their houses, sweep up around porches,...you know, small things that older people dont have time or feel like doing. Ask for like $5 for several chores, it will add up. ASK YOUR PARENTS PERMISSION FIRST! |

*You can go around your neighborhood and offer to mow lawns, I know there are always kids in my neighborhood that do this during the summer so they have their own money.
*Wash cars for people in your neighborhood

Talk to your parents, about Chores you can help with around the house and if they would give you an allownce.
Have them give you 50% to pocket and have them put the other 50% into a Savings account for you so it will grow intrest! |
