I would go to thrift stores on their sale days and buy merchandise and sell them for a profit on Ebay. (luckily in the Cleveland area there are .50 cent sales so it was easy to turn a profit).... |

yes magic. theres no clean quick legal way to raise lots of money fast especially for minors. however theres loopholes. you can work for a family buisness or get a paper route etc all those basic kiddy job., even if your a guy (guys dont normally like this option but it pays well) baby sistting pays massive amounts. |

The legal and christian way to get paid would be to work in one way or the other. I'm not sure how old you are or what part of the country you live in, but I would suggest cutting grass, shoveling snow, a paper route? The grass or snow thing could add up quickly! Just go door to door and ask if anybody could use these types of services. The elderly may be very happy to see you. $20 a job. 5 jobs a week. $100 a week. 4 weeks and you'll be there! |

If you are at least 11 years old, I think you can babysit. Depending on where you live, that can pay pretty decent, and it pays cash. If you are in a rural or poor area, I think $1.50 per hour per child is a good rate. If you are in a wealthy area, you could go as high as $2.50 per hour per child with no experience. And if you have no experience, I think you can take a babysitting course with the red cross for like $20.00 and get certified. So, if you could find a family with 2 kids and watch them for 10 hours a week (maybe after school or something), that would be between $30 and $50 a week. Do that from January to March and you will have enough to buy your laptop. Good luck. P.S. Since you mention "christian", why don't you check with your church and see if anyone needs a babysitter? |

Start your own religion. Get converts and ask for donations. Then, you'll see the money roll in! Or, if you are good at baking, go door to door selling gingerbread houses. I did that one year. You can charge a minimum of 50 bucks per house, or up to 100 if you live in a rich neighborhood. Just make sure to stagger the delivery times.
Oh, and ask for CASH for Christmas. |
