You know what and don't laugh because I just seen this a few days ago, but you can go to people that have dogs and yards and pick up their......well you know.....poop. I know that sounds strange but I just seen a couple that opened a business doing that. It use to be that a kid your age could go cut grass but a lot of adults are supplementing there income doing that. Just make sure you get approval of your parents before you do anything. They may even have friends you can do this for. You can become a Lil business entrepreneur at age 10 and by the time your 25 you could have money like Donald Trump!
Good Luck!! |

You can't do a paper route actually because you're under the legal age limit for employment and a newspaper company can't hire you. There's really not a whole lot you can do at 10 for money without your parents' help. Household/neighborhood chores would be the best bet. Put up fliers around the neighborhood for odd jobs. Maybe you can collect cans for recycling? |

Go door to door in your neighborhood and ask "how can I help you do something." Name your price and then here is the key ! Do the best job of anything you have EVER done. They will hire you back and also tell other people how good you did your job. Trust me.....it works. |

Visit all the neighbours in your area and ask them if they want any jobs done. E.g gardening or shopping. You may even get a regular job from it but please don't forget to tell you Mum or Dad that you are doing this. |

First of all, I want to apologize for the troll 'Elight 200' he has been reported for being abusive.
Mow lawns, rake lawns, pet sit, walk said pets, babysit, clean swimming pools, be a 'gardening assistant', wash cars, wash windows(people will love you for doing their outside windows), paper route, pull weeds, trim hedges, basically, you can post flyers in most supermarkets, get referrals from your parents and anyone you do some chore for. Get well known by doing excellent work, and eager to tackle work we lazy adults hate and put off, like cleaning out a garage. Going door to door in your neighborhood, and telling them you will do work they don't do for themselves can get you more work than you can handle I do believe. Demand a fair wage too. Either state a price for a particular job, or an hourly rate. I don't think $5-$7/hour is unreasonable, depending on the tasks, the nastier the work, the more you can get! |

Hi young one. Try offering ur mom ur hands for a pay and if she doesn't have the money to pay u, then see if you can help in your neighbourhood. Or buy some stuff and sell it on ebay, then you will work safely from home without commuting. |

Offer to wash your neighbours cars or do some gardening for them.
Get a book on HTML and build simple websites for local organisations that don't have much IT budget. |

I use to sell items I found in my house. Like things that I valued and loved. |

Wow! you sound ambitious! At your age, you cannot be empoloyed by any employer of labour. My advice is: go to school! That way you can become somebody to reckon with in future, okay? |

Unfortunately, you have to be 13 before taking any type of paid work. Help mum and dad around the house and enquire politely about pocket money. |

You need to be 13 to even be allowed to do a paper round in the UK.
Talk to your parents or guardians, or other relatives see if you can help them more around the house, and perhaps they will show some appreciation.
Perhaps they will let you raise some money by selling your old toys, or clothes on Ebay.
If you learn to appreciate helping people now, you will be better able to earn money as you get older. |

Ask your parents if you can earn an allowance. My 12 year old gets tons of $ from me that way. .. You can also save cans/bottles (recycle), if your crafty, you can make jewelry out of beads and sell them to your friends. Good luck. |
