Firstly, have a talk with your parents asking what help might be needed around the house. You can vacuum rugs for X amount of money depending on the size. You can set and clear the dinner table for 2 dollars a night. Weed the landscape(if you have one), depending how many weeds you have. Wash the dishes after dinner for 3 dollars. You can also unload and fill the dishwasher if you have one, for 2-3 dollars. There are many things you can do, revolving around your specific needs. Ask your parents. when i was your age i would wash all the windows in the house. my dad would give me 75 cents a window. not bad if you add it up!!!
just ask your parents what they want done around the house and see if theyll give you a little money for it.
also, if you know a family with young kids and youre good with children, offer to be a "mothers helper" this is like a babysitter with the parents still home, just so you can keep the kids occupied so they can do whatever. dont expect to get paid more than 4 or 5 bucks an hour though, youre still young....

10 isn't a good age to do babysitting.Do you do chores around the house? That's probably the easiest for your age. Age a family member if they need help doing anything such as washing windows, cleaning, organizing etc.. |
