i need a camera, like really fast because im going up north for a while and i think it would be such a waste to not bring a camera. It costs like 250 and right now i only have 150....and im leaving my house like in two weeks!! how am i supposed to earn 100 bucks? DONT SAY work for my neighbors because my neighbors arent those kinds of people, and my parents would NEVER allow my to go out of the block. maybe i can sell something...er have a car wash? but where are they gonna park there cars? exactly. please help?

As for the pppl who answered before...
1) I cant do chores around the house because our maids do that like every week. so forget that.
2) My grandparents live in different states.
3) I cant ask my parents for the money because i already did and theyre like "we pay for everything, i think you can learn a valuable money lesson from this."
4) absolutely no lemonade stand because i live on NOT a through street, and its like deserted no one ever goes there. |

do some things around the house like clean out the garage or ask your parents for the hundred dollars or ask grandparents for 50 and parents for 50 I am sure they will not let you go on a trip with out a camera or get a cheaper one I know they have digital cameras for 150 |

First of all, it sounds like you are spoiled. If your parents would NEVER allow you to go off your block, you must be VERY young or your parents have good reason to keep an eye on you. You say that your neighbors aren't "those kind of people". what kind of people are they, might I ask? You'd better get off your high horse and take some responsibility around your house. I bet you don't even help clean your room. And WHY do you have to have a $250 camera. What's wrong with a disposable camera or an instant camera that develops your photos immediately. There are nice ones for about $35 . I can tell that you're immature just by the way you say, "I NEED A CAMERA, LIKE REALLY FAST." Stop thinking about what YOU need and start doing things to help other people and be nice to everyone. Not demand what you need. That $150 that you have should be in a bank account - Oh, you could keep about $25 - $30 on hand and bank the rest. That would show your parents that you ARE a responsible person and they will admire you. Who knows, maybe they'll even buy you a nice camera. So slow down a little and start letting your parents know that some things that you want aren't really important. It's their love and caring that count. Good luck to you. |
