Usually nothing more than a photo ID and a social security card. Possibly not even that. |

Your going to need a picture ID and your ss card, or a passport will do. basically, you need 2 forms of ID. Three would be great {another credit/debit card}! If you want EXACT info, I suggest you call them and they'll tell you. |
