Why won't babysitting work? I did that when I was a teenager. Don't like kids/crying babies/changing diapers? Would your parent(s) pay you for doing chores? Besides that and the cliche selling lemonade, that's all I got. |

Are you old enough to get a work permit where you live? Obviously snow grass and babysitting are the first things people think of but maybe get with someone and deliver newspapers, maybe see if you can help an elderly person in your area cleaning or doing domestic work? The only other thing i can think is that my mom used to sell avon and she hired my friends to deliver products and to distribute catalogs in the neighborhood...just a suggestion good luck in your search! |

i wish i knew too... when im your age i ask this question on yahoo too.. ppl tell me to wake up in the morning and deliver news paper.. and to me thats the best reasonable job to have at that age.. you COULD sell stuff on ebay :).. so ez.. i started selling my stuff & buying trading cards on ebay and that could be another choice |

Ask you mom's female friends and relatives if they want to have a back rub or a massage. Charge low, like $20 to $30 an hour. Offer home service for an extra $10. |

Your so young and to rule out the few things most people would hire you for really limits your oppurtunities.
I suppose you can post an add to help out the elderly or disabled. You can post ads near retirement home communities or on craigs list. You can say you will cook(if you can) and clean, walk their pets, keep thearm company, maybe get things from a corner store for them.
If your creative and artistic you can make crafts and sell them,shirts,maybe. I bet you could make even more if you promise and donate a small portion to a charity. |

I am the same way!!! :p But what i did was actually did a garage sale!! Great idea. Sell clothes that might be to small. Shoes, and other things that you dont play with or use anymore. I also thought about going to a local gas station and every day go there and sweep and clean up. I did but did'nt work out with school. I could also think about asking my parents for an allowence like 5 a week and that makes 20 a month. But you should think about doing more chores, keeping your room clean and making sure you keep up your daily responsibilites.
So I hoped I could have helped you out a little!!! :)
