You probably can't. They are hard to re-sell. The company doesn't want to buy 'em back since they already have plenty to sell. You can't even give 'em away. Charities refuse to take 'em because of the maintenance fees. |

They have those companies, that advertise all the time that will buy you out of your time share.. Try online searching for, "we buy time shares".. |

You do have options. I use to work for Shell Vacations Club and they use to buy peoples timeshares for a down payment on a Vacation Club package. You never have to stay in the same place every year ever again. If you ever meet a Mr. Park, tell him Jenny said hello. |

Your not gonna be able to get out of your contract unless it is within 7 days of when you purchased it. You should of thought about that before buying it. You can try to sell it but you wont get all of your money back |

Sorry to say it will be difficult. If you bought it from a company like Mariott or Hilton, you may be able to work something out. It should have been put on auto pay on a credit card. I put mine there and I get frequent flier miles for it. I am financially fine though. I hope you didn't buy through "one" resort and have to go to the same place every year. That will be a big problem. |

Contact the company that manages it. Maybe they will be willing to let you skip a payment, or make the interest payment only for a month or two. If they have a lot of people who can't make the payments, they would probably rather have SOME money coming in than none.
If that doesn't work, then try to sell it. Do a search for websites that buy and sell timeshares. |

You can't get out of it, unless you pay one of those scam companies lots of money to take it off your hands. There are several companies that will "make you an offer". |
