Can you tell me if this is a scam please? It is from a man who was raised in africa and he is decribing all of his problems like how he was premature or his mother was or something and the jobs he had to find in africa. He said his father had $3,500,000 dollars that he left to this man before he died. Now the man is asking if he can use my account to transfer the money and I can get 10% of what he is offering. HELP! What do I do?
