I'd just like to say 'Congratulations' for putting your child/children first and being a stay at home mum. I wish more people were unselfish like you. Oh there will be a lot of thumbs down but I know many young mums who stick their children in nurseries from six months old just so that they can run two cars, have dishwashers, plasma t.v's etc.

As for the pension I can understand your anxiety and my own son doesn't have one yet either. I don't really know what is best. Have you thought about seeing an independent financial adviser. I know that most of them cost but it might be worth a one off visit.

In order to make money from home, money needs to CHANGE HANDS. Companies offering money for little or no work have no value.. wheres the money coming from?? Whose paying you? That’s the real question you gotta ask yourself… be practical about it.
In my experience, getting a WHOLESALE account and selling on ebay is a really easy place to start for the beginner.
Heres the link to the wholesale supplier I use: http://offto.net/wholesalerslist/

Good luck!

If you want another child it`s obvious you love children so why don`t you apply as a child minder, you can look after your own children, they will have some other children to play with and you will be making money at the same time. Property is the better than pensions at the moment

I don't know if you'd be interested but I make money doing surveys & offers online, you won't get rich but you can make some extra money.I'm a mother of 3 children that works outside the home & this helps. I started last month & was a bit skeptical so I didn't work too hard & made $23.19 not much but hey it filled my car up & this month i'm up to$86. If you're interested send me an email & i'll give you the addy.

The only solution is a growing residual income from any serious MLM ( multilevel marketing) company. And I don't mean illegal pyramid schemes. That way you will find time for your children as well as solving your pension needs as you can work around existing commitments. Let me know if you want details of a reputable MLM company. Good luck!

investing is a good idea but there is always a risk. Remember the greater the risk the greater the reward. Property is OK but you need to do your homework on the real estate you want to buy. You may sit on the property for some time before it's sales or before you get it rented. Then you have two payments to make. It best to watch your pennies and your dollars will take of themselves. You can always do a home business like I did. I am 37 and worried about my future as well. I have to I have 3 kids and one on the way. Its been working out really well. the biggest thing is I get to spend time with my kids. I am not missing a thing.

Visit my site http://truthaboutnetbusiness.com or you can visit my blog. In my blog I talk about my new home business and my success so far. http://truthaboutnetbusiness.blogspot.com

Hi! Perhaps I can help. You can get job leads from http://www.workathomedesk.com which is a free site with frequently updated job leads. You might also want to try sites like elance or guru. You can bid on short term and long term projects and some employers might hire you as a regular employee or independent contractor. Good luck.
