Get a high paying job from somewhere.
then spend only on necessities(food, water and clothes if you dont have them!!!) and NO INTERNET, TV.
if some money is left, invest it in good shares (like reliance, HDFC, etc.) and if u think there is risk in it,then dont follow me!!!
and then dont sell those shares.
keep hope!!!

Sit tight and get your house in order.
People go bankrupt for any number of reasons and it is usually because there is no other option.
The trustee will try and divest your assets as best as they can.
If you own a house or nearly do they will sell it to meet your obligations.
One thing that cannot happen is that you can no longer be pursued or hounded for the debts.refer them to the trustee and quote your Folio number.
There are strict laws around hounding bankrupts.
The best thing is to be honest , co-operate with the trustee and follow their advice.
They are your new best friend and they will protect you as best they can. Lie to them and they will throw ou to the wolves!
the best thing you can do is to sort out your debts and come to some arrangements through your trustee to service the debts.
If you can organize to pay of f these debts you will be treated better in a few years when you want another loan.
it cannot be good being a bankrupt but it is not the end, many people have bounced back from bankruptcy to become successfully , contributing members of society.
It is really in your hands how this plays out! |
