First of all- stop using pay day loans! You need to get a good job and save your money for your bills- pretty common sense. If debts are too much try orderly collection of debt or you may have to file for the awful 'B' word |

Do you have any household items that you can sell? Can you get overtime or another job? Basically any legal way you can get money without adding to your debt is probably a good idea. At least until your payday loans are paid off make sure that every expense you are incurring is necessary. |

First stop getting those loans. Second try contacting a financial counseling center. and also you gotta try start paying off the lowest loan or credit card that way you will have less to pay. That does not mean that you have to stop paying the other but pay the most for the lowest everyone else gets the minimun. |

Some payday loans may violate your state's limits on usury by charging excessive interest. You should contact your state's consumer protection agency or Attorney General. |

You need damage control measures right away. Stop dealing with those people. Reduce your spending to the minimum, get a second job and figure out how long will it take you to pay out the debt. Once you pay the debt, save at least 50% of the money you get from your second job and you should be fine. You mus be disciplined
More importantly pray hard and often, God is listening |

I was in the same situation. I had four pay advance places I owed. It got so bad I had to file bankruptcy. They even threatened criminal charges because it is a crime to write a bad check. Luckily, they didn't, but coming out of that bankruptcy was very hard. Now, two years later, I am starting to rebuild my life. My advice to you is, talk to the payday places and agree on a payment plan. Something is usually better than nothing. No matter how bad it gets, never get another one once you dig out...and you will, I promise! |

contact the pay advance places, make arrangements, and let them know, its better than nothing..most of the time they go to collections and they dont get their money..and they knew you were in a bad situation when you went to them.. |
