I am in debt but just spent money on a shiny clock, was this wise?
The clock is very enjoyable but isn't necesary for my survival. Was it a well earned treat or a disasterous misjudgement of finance? The clock is lightweight and has no second hand.

Yes, it is very wise to buy yourself some time.

Why not? You enjoy it so, there ya go. We all deserve a little something now and then. I wouldn't stress over it. I was told once that if financial problems are all you have, then you are lucky. There are sadder problems people face that can't be solved with money....like death, cancer, heartache, etc.

Sarah
Yeah that probably wasn't your best choice yet...

you want to buy some swamp land?

Kristen
If you're in debt, you need to make wise decisions with your money. Money should be spent on bills, food and/or rent (aka, things that are vital for living), not clocks or other unnecessary items.

Amanda
Yeah... no!

mean_queen87
My honest answer is that it wasnt a wise thing to do because why are u spending money you dont really have especially if it wasnt extremely urgent.
