You should endorse them and send, at least, the most recent (past 3 months) to me. If there is no expiration date printed on the others, then send all of them to me. I'll give you 50% after I cash them.
I'll also take you out to dinner at Spagos! All you can eat. |

There should be something on the check that says "void after 180 days" or "void after one year"
I would suggest talking to payroll if they are expired. |

usually paychecks have a 90 day or so deadline to cash..a lot of times this is written on the check itself...
however, you can call the company and say that youve never cashed the checks, they can confirm this information, and once they do so, they will send you new checks |

some checks do have a experation date look on the cheque for something that says exp if heres a date after it you'll know if not you can cash them whenever however if the company you work for doesnt have enough money in the account the check could bounce so i would check with your work first |

Corporate cheques has a validity period of 3 mths or 6 mths. Its printed on the pay cheques itself.
If your pay cheques had expired, you could request for replacement because the money belongs to you. |

Check the front of the check. Usually it will say "Void after 90 days". If it does not and the check is a business size check, it will be good for one year from the date on the check. If it personal sized, these checks are only good for 6 months. If the date has passed contact your employer so that they may reissue your checks. |

Some companies do void paychecks after a certain amount of time. Usually one year. |

Sometimes your paycheck will have a "void after" date, which means you can't cash them after that date, but your employer is still legally entitled to pay you for hours worked. Go ahead and try to cash or deposit the checks (I don't know of anywhere that will cash $14,000 worth of paychecks), and if they don't go through, contact your employer to see if they can re-issue the checks. Regardless of the method, however, you WILL get the money, as it is illegal for your employer to withhold pay from you, no matter how long it takes you to cash the checks. |

Go to the bank in the morning. If it were me I would not procrastinate any longer. 8 months? Do it NOW ! . It is never too late for money you worked for. Wish you well. |

if there's no date listed, you most likely will be able to cash them, as most paychecks are good for a year from the date in which they were issued. if they come back as invalid, then yes, you have every right to request that the checks be reissued. |
