If it is a gift card, you can only use it at Wal-Mart (or Sam's Club, if you have a membership.) If you're talking about the prepaid Visa cards that are available at Wal-Mart, those can be used at any store that accepts credit cards.

With the particular card you have, you can either go to Sam's Club (if you're a member) or Walmart. I include Murphy's gasoline stations in that, since it is a part of Walmart.
