your legally allowed a refund even if you just dont want the product, and a card statement will be fine. If they argue with you make sure you stand your ground, its your right for a refund!! |

I seriously doubt it. Your card statement will only show that some thing or things were purchased but not the price that you paid for each item. Most stores will not give you cash back if you do not have a reciept. They will either give you store credit or nothing at all. |

Depends how long ago you bought it, and is it in original packaging.
If its faulty you have no problem, and if they get difficult just quote things like, "under the sale of goods act, this is not fit for purpose" They will know then that you mean business. |

It shouldn't be a problem although the retailer could be difficult about it. I'd call and check first to save you a trip. |

They are not obliged to give u a cash refund but u can try some stores will it depends on what their policy is take your statement as proof of purchase they might they should give you a credit note at least. |

Depends on the store. Many of them can run your credit card (within the given return time they posted) and look it up that way. |

Its up to the shops discretion,some are really good and will give you a refund,other wont but will give you a credit note to spend in there shop,that way they dont loose out on the profit ,best of luck |

Depends why you need to return it.
If you just don't want it after all, then you may struggle. You'll probably be offered a credit note or something.
If it's faulty you are legally entitled to have your money back, even without a receipt. Most shop mnagers don't appear to know this, so argue your point. |
