get a roomie,,, refinance, ,,take in foster children, ,,find a helpful boy/girl friend,,, get a 2nd job or just a different one that pays more,,, ask for a raise, breed dogs, good luck, we're all there, don't feel alone.with the refinancing thing...you can do an interest only loan.. lowers the pmt alot. |

I seen this happen in Montana the taxes went up so fast that alot of folks on fixed income just could not handle it.. First go threw the bills again and cut evrey place you can.. Take more control of all exspences pay attention to utilaties and gas .. yes if you can get another part time job it will help.. But in the end you will probaly have to down size you home... Becareful and gaurd your credit scores so if you have to down size you will have high enough scores to get a conforming loan ther fore getting you the best APR avaiable at that time You are going to have to make some dissions think things threw carefully Good Luck |

there are number of way to manage your cash flow. you need to find out what you can afford and perhaps refinance for lower montly payments on your house.
sometimes you can take adventage of 0% financing on new credit cards that may allow you to pay your prop. tax over time. be careful of finance charges that may apply, read the offers carefully.
of course, cutting back on spending also helps. (including utility bills.... A/C, watering the lawn and other stuff)
