a good job and everyone just looks at your credit score. I was just scammed out of 1000.00 from a company that said that I had to send money for insurance on my loan. That was my last 1000.00. I am losing everything is there any good people out there? I promise I can pay just need alittle help. |

Unfortunately, good people are faced with bad situations. I don't think someone would just loan you the money, especially if they don't know you. However, do you have a 401k with your employer? If you do, you can actually borrow money against your 401k. The good things about a loan from your 401k is that they don't go by your credit score, they go by the money you have put into it. Another thing is that the loan does not show up on your credit report. However, if you don't keep up with your payments they will convert your loan to an early withdrawal and then you will be subjected to tax penalties. That's the only other thing I can offer as a last resort. I doubt anyone is just going to come out and offer to lend you the money via the Internet.

Assuming that you are now deficient on the payments for your house, don't look for charitable lenders to bail you out here.
Loans such as you are seeking do not go to those who are already in arrears, as a means of a bailout. |
