If you have a credit card of any kind, use it. Even department stores often have gourmet food departments where you can get something, or in-store restaurants.
Google the search phrase "food pantry near" and put in your city and state. It will bring up a list of free food places near you. Also try "feed bank near"
You can also try googling "soup kitchen" to find places that serves free food to people.
Surely you live near at least one church or synagogue. Call or go there, tell them your problem and ask if they can help, even if only be referring you somewhere else.
Ask for a pay advance from your job. Explain how bad things are.
If you don't earn enough to be able to eat until the next payday, apply for food stamps. Google the Department of Public Welfare (or just call Information and ask for the number.)
Go to a grocery or restaurant and offer to work for a few hours in exchange for a meal. |

If I was in that situation I would go to my parents or siblings. If that was not an option, a subshop lets me get subs on credit, so I guess I would eat subs for 2 weeks.
Or I could go to a 2 churches here that help out the needy or try a local non profit that helps out the homeless here. |

depends where you live, if in the U.k. most towns have a food bank which gives free food parcels to the needy, please contact the police(ask for duty social worker), c.a.b., or speak to your local vicar(yes really), they'll have the details. Talking of the church - they often give out money to the desperate - and you dont even have to be a believer! |

Try the Good Samaritans or a similar outreach program in your area. I know it's hard on your pride to go for a handout, but you're in need, and that's what they are there for.
You could also try hocking a few things to get some bucks to see you through until payday.
What about your family or friends? Again, it's a bit embarrassing to have to ask, but that's what family and real friends are for. One day, they may need you, and you would help them too, right?

If you lived near me, I'd just invite you over for dinner every night but since that's not likely, this is my next best suggestion.
Call any local church and ask for help. Many have their own food banks and can help you directly. Others will refer you to a church or organization that operates a food bank. They won't give you money, but they will give you enough food to last until payday. And next time you have a few dollars extra, think about donating it to one of these places to help the next person who finds themself a little short between paydays.

well u can go to the salvation army you should have one they are in every suberb.
or do you have any family or friends that could look after you for the time-being. you could offer to re-pay them somehow.
maybe you could ask to borrow some money off somebody? surely there is somebody around that you know that will help you!

First, apply for food stamps. If you qualify for it, they can give them to you really fast since you having zero money and zero food is technically an emergency. Second, try to get help from family or ask a friend for a small loan for some cheap groceries. Third, go to a food bank/soup kitchen. They will usually feed you for free with no questions asked.
Those check advance/payday advance places are a scam. All they do is get people that need money and are poor/broke into a hole. Every payday you will be paying your loan and getting it renewed. Try to stay away from that!
You could try selling some things you are willing to part with on Craigslist or eBay. It's easy and fast.

Simply ask family or friends. True friends will help you out. If you don't have any friends, then there is more wrong with your life than just your financial situation. I'm sorry if this sounds blunt, but it's reality. Get your act together. I wish you all the luck in the world. Hopefully you will find help to survive these 2 weeks! |

Should've budgeted better. Churches will give food away for you to bring home, and some have dinners on certain nights. There my also be food banks in your area. Check online or with your local Social Services dept. |
