You have committed fraud. If he goes to the police and they trace it to you, you will have wasted police time, and committed a serious crime, AND ruined the relationship you have with your dad.
Come clean. Admit what you did, and perhaps they will drop the charges and you will not get a police record. What you did is pretty serious. |

Inform your father immediately, before things goes out of his hands.
It will be serious if he goes to police
Do not worry about what your father may think.
I am also a father of 2 children. I will excuse if i would be your father |

Just tell him right now. The situation would go worse if your father lodges a police complaint. Tell him that you've misused the card without knowing and you will not let this mistake happen in future. I wish you have told him when he is blocking the card with your help. But Late better than Never. So ask him to forgive you. In my opinion, a father doesn't react so violently on a son. So I wish your father will excuse you and you will be out of danger soon. |

First of all you should have told your father before blocking the card, b'coz you have utilised the money & over that you are pretending as if you don't know about it. B'coz you have blocked the card on the orders of your father as a faithful son, so he will definitely go to police believing that you are innocent. Before the situation goes out of hands, do tell your father about the matter whatever may happen & let ghar ki baat ghar mein hi rehne do, varna pata nahin log kya kuch kahenge tumhare aur tumhare daddy ke baare mein.
You may loose your credibility in your home, but most important is your family's respect in the society/neighbourhood. In due course of time you can win the confidence of your family members, which I think takes its own time. Never mind go ahead & tell your father all the truth & ask him to forgive promising that you'll not repeat it in future. |

Ummm where do I start oh I know. WHY would you spend a thousand dollars with your FATHER's credit card???? Surely you knew you would have been found! Do I even want to know what you spent it on? Make sure that the card it totally deleted out. Especialy if you used it online. It could have been an unsafe site and could steal your father's credit card number. This could ruin his credit. I hope your thinking about what you have done. You shouldn't have been doing this in the first place. You need to tell him ASAP. Otherwise if he finds out, his trust in you will be gone. Yes the trust might be gone when you tell him, but at least you have a 50/50 chance. Just be prepared to pay it off by doing chores or whatever. Next time, asking him for something would be smarter... and get off the computer. More than likely your going to be grounded so get used to it. |
