sure if they forge their name on the reverse side -- but it would be stupid on their part because most places of business do not take two party checks and if they go to your bank they will still have to endorse it with id!!! you would be better off to just stop payment on the check!!! |

No they cannot. If their account is under their name can't. If they are putting it in your account its different. |

There is a good chance that someone could. However, banks typically require both party's ID's to cash the check. |

well it depends did u singn it ? well if u did they can reffer it to themselfes !! and sometimes people are smart enough to do the things that others think its impossible !! like they people that steal identities !! yeah we never tough it could be done but we were wrong so it can happen just pray that the person who found it is nice about it !! well good luck !! =]] hope i helped !! |

Call your bank and put a stop payment on the check asap. Explain it to the bank and they will understand. So even if someone tries to cash it they won't be able to. Better safe then sorry. |

Tell the maker of the check to place a stop payment on the check and issue you a new one. Yes it is possible for somebody to cash your check, fraud is everywhere these days. |
