Get the selling RE broker to kick in most, if not all of it. He/she will not let the deal fall thru for only $2K. Also, ask the Loan Broker to kick-in some of his/her commission. Again, they want the loan to close. Moreover, get the seller to kick-in the $2K. In this market, they'll gladly credit $2K to sell the property. |
