Pay Pal would go directly into the other persons account, if they also have a Pay Pal account. Otherwise, Western Union would work, but you'd have to go to a local place that sells WU. |

In Canada most banks have "email money transfers". I'm not sure where you are or if they do it elsewhere but it's worth looking into. The transfer is complete as soon as the person you're sending money to checks their email and deposits the money into their bank account. An email money transfer costs $1 if it's not included in your monthly bank fee. All you need is their email address, and if your bank offers this service you'll find it under "transfer funds" on your banks website (their bank will also have to offer this service in order for them to accept it). You do not have to have the same bank.
We do it all the time for Xmas, birthdays or lending money back and forth between us and family who lives far away. |

Not sure if this helps - but I think the best way is through bank wire, but you have to go in. Depending what kind of account you have with your bank it costs free to $35 and the funds transfer is immediate. |

If you send it to someone else with a paypal account its instant.....but if they dont i would go with western union. |
