A point of CAUTION, don't give your personal information to private citizens/people on the internet who say they provide loans. You will loose FAR MORE THAN YOU GET.
Try looking at general finance companies in your local phone book. Sometimes they make unsecured loans to those who have reasonable credit, not perfect. The interest is high but if you are determined to acquire debt to do whatever it is you are attempting to do then they maybe a solution.
