I am a 22 year old going out of the mission field to mexico. I am trying to consolidate some debt and pay off $2,000 of debt that I owe and make smaller payments with my salary once I am down there. It would be much easier for you to get a personal loan with a low interest rate if you had someone who has descent credit co-sign for you. You should try to get a personal loan from the bank that you use. |

Ok, if you are out in the mission field, you should have sponsoring community of faith. Let them know what is going on. Most faith communities are very good about helping out people in the mission field. There may even be a person or two within the faith community who would make the loan to you. That's where I would start. Looking at some of your other answers, beware of the loan scammers out there. They will take your money and run. Don't give out any personal information until you can verify the business name, address, phone number. The first red flag will be that they want money upfront before you receive the loan. That is illegal in the United States and Canada. Check out the Federal Trade Commission website and Crimes of Persuasion website for more info. on loan scams. Good luck to you. |
